We LOVE Ti-County Contracting!!!! They have replaced our roof (with a guaranty..someone comes out EVERY year to inspect it), windows, sofits and fascias and gutters. When we are ready- they will do our siding. We can't say enough great things about them.

We built our house in 1996. The original roofing material was cedar shake. Over the intervening years that original roof looked ragged. I spoke to some friends who recommended Tri-County. I got two other quotes from other recommended roofing contractors. Tr-County was not the lowest or the highest. But I felt their sales approach and guaranty was superior.
